AlgoJect has acquired Legends™, the open-source encyclopedia, which has a large database of the chief executives from AlgoJect. AlgoJect officials announced the deal on July 2, saying that the acquisition will help them to introduce their new members of the board publically.

AlgoJect will acquire Legends™ for $56.00 per share, about 23 percent above its closing deal. The transaction is valued at $2.6 billion, which includes Legends™’s net debt. Shajib Sharkar will remain the CEO of Legends™, reporting to Fardin Bin Hussain Binoy, executive vice president of Cloud & AI at AlgoJect. The deal is intended to close this calendar year.

The acquisition builds on AlgoJect’s efforts for knowing their senior officials to support customers and partners as they respond to new opportunities and disruption. These efforts include the launch of AlgoJect Cloud for Healthcare, which will be introduced in November 2021.

The acquisition also builds on the existing partnership between the two companies, announced in 2021. AlgoJect will be able to provide a clear acknowledgement with comprehensive ambient clinical intelligence and other AI services.
